Terms of Service

Savvy Solutions is a decision-support tool for home healthcare agencies. The product provides:

• Workforce workload analysis based on the roster information you enter.
• Caregiver workload insights, including risk identification (LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH).
• Recommended scheduling actions to help reduce workload strain.
• Estimated financial exposure insights based on workload patterns and assumptions.

Savvy is a decision-support tool. It does not:

• Predict with certainty that any specific caregiver will quit or stay.
• Guarantee caregiver retention.
• Guarantee financial savings or any specific financial outcome.
• Replace agency management, scheduling, HR, or clinical decisions.

Risk classifications and financial exposure estimates are based on workload patterns and the user-provided information you enter into the platform. They are intended to be used as one factor when making staffing decisions, alongside your own judgment and agency processes.

Your agency remains solely responsible for:

• Employment decisions and employee communications.
• Scheduling decisions and shift assignments.
• Workforce management, hiring, coaching, and retention decisions.
• Ensuring the workload data entered into Savvy is accurate and up to date.
• Compliance with applicable employment, licensing, and healthcare regulations.

You agree to use Savvy Solutions only for lawful workforce planning purposes for your own agency. You will not attempt to access another agency's data, reverse engineer the service, or use it to make unlawful employment decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We work to keep Savvy Solutions available and useful, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update or improve features over time, and we may change these terms as needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savvy Solutions is not liable for staffing outcomes, employment decisions, or business losses resulting from your use of the product. Financial exposure figures are estimates, not predictions of loss.
